MEET
DEBBIE VIGNONE
Hi!
I’m Debbie Vignone, a.k.a. Diamond
Deb. Because the relationship is such an integral
part of a successful VA / client relationship, I would like to tell
you a little bit about myself.
Prior to becoming a VA, I worked for more than 25 years in Corporate
America as a Senior Level Assistant in private and public companies
in the Advertising, Investment Banking, Legal, Property Management,
and Tourism industries. I enjoyed my work; but something was missing.
You see, it is important to me to work with people whose values and
goals are similar to mine - - people who “want to make a difference”.
A difference in the lives of others - either through their work or through
the way they live their lives. In order to do that, I needed to have
a say and be in control of who I work with. Of course, this is not possible
when you work for someone else.
I began searching for something else, found the Virtual Assistant profession
and, here I am! As a graduate of Assist University, the world’s
premier training and coaching institution for Virtual Assistants, I
am excited to be a part of this fast-growing and forward-thinking profession.
An entrepreneur at heart, I am now living my dream of owning my own
business.
I am a proactive leader who takes initiative and pride in all I do.
I am very organized and possess a high level of energy and a “can-do”
attitude. In fact, just watch what happens when I am told I can’t
do something! As a VA, my goal is to partner with my clients and become
an extension of each of them. It is important to me that my clients
know I am here for them. I strive to be able to complete their thoughts,
finish their sentences, anticipate what their needs are and provide
for them before they even know they need something. I want to “help
them shine!” When my clients succeed, I succeed.
When we work together, anything is possible.
On a personal note, I was born and raised in New York. I have been happily
married for 16 years and live in Orlando, Florida. I love to read, spend
time with family and friends and sing in my church choir. I am a people-person,
and my personality is often described as “bubbly”! I believe
in helping others and “giving back”. I love to learn new
things and am passionate about life and all that it has to offer.
Emily
Barnes once said, "Welcome home! That's
what I want my life to say to everyone
whose path crosses mine. I want to create an atmosphere of serenity
and joy, blessing and belonging,
that embraces people and draws them in - that makes them feel loved
and special and cared for."
To
you, my potential client, I say, "Welcome
home!"

TESTIMONIALS
"Debbie
is an exceptional person who demonstrates tremendous commitment to her
work and her clients. I find her to be responsive to the needs of my
company in ways I had not imagined possible. She is quick to get the
job done, and there is never a task too small or too large for her to
tackle.
Having
had a full-time employee for over two years, I would never have believed
that a Virtual
Assistant could work for someone who travels as much as I do. Debbie
has proven otherwise. She is able to hit the ground running, and she
is quick to adapt to different management styles. Her vast knowledge
of technological systems and how to adapt them to any environment has
enabled us to produce results in record time.
In
addition to her many skills, I find Debbie to be a woman of high integrity
and an absolute joy to work with. She is always ready and able to put
my many needs before those of her own. More importantly, she is excited
about my goals and the direction of my company. Her dedication, commitment
to excellence, and eagerness to get the job done, has given us a team
approach to the day-to-day challenges of running a business. I frankly
don't know how I managed without her."

"In
this frenetic day and age, the concept of “Virtual Assistance”
isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity! It makes sense on every
level to delegate those tasks that others can handle, in order to free
ourselves to focus on what WE do best.
Debbie
clearly stands out because of her unswerving commitment to excellence
and integrity. Those character traits can’t be taught, and they
make Debbie an invaluable asset!"
